This is the blog of John Jones. I write mainly about digital media (particularity about using customer insight, requirements elicitation, and experience optimisation to ensure online success) and service design.

I live in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, about 20 miles north of London, with my wife and two daughters.
